• Organize highly complex, highly cross-functional programs and projects.

Requirements

• 8-10 years experience in software development or technical program management.
• Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile practices and principles.
• Proven experience in driving technology projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to establish and scale cross-functional technology programs.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite, especially Jira.
• Familiarity with the OKR goal-setting methodology.
• Experience with distributed or multi-office teams.
• Strong communication skills.
