Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Lead Generator to help us connect with key decision-makers and showcase the power of our innovative healthcare software solutions.

In Short

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Research and qualify leads through various channels, such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations to understand customer pain points and position our solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with detailed notes on prospect interactions and next steps.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or software sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A hunter mentality with a knack for identifying opportunities and driving results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.

Requirements

  • Experience in workers’ compensation, third-party administration, healthcare, or managed care industries preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and engage prospects effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive mindset and a drive to succeed.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for a career in sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Office Suite (e.g. Microsoft).
  • Knowledge of the workers' compensation industry or healthcare sector is a plus.
