Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, cleaning and verifying leads, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads and prospects.
  • Qualify, clean, and verify lead information to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify key decision-makers and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with lead status and details.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide high-quality leads for conversion.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM software and lead management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
