Overview

The Account Lead, Marketplace at Darkroom is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for brand clients while driving growth through effective communication and collaboration across teams.

In Short

  • Execute brand strategies including channel and product selection.
  • Coordinate quality control of product catalogs on Amazon.
  • Measure and report on product performance and improvement strategies.
  • Build and maintain client relationships with clear communication.
  • Manage client product catalogs through vendor portals.
  • Identify opportunities for sales conversion through data analysis.
  • Forecast annual sales and manage inventory planning.
  • Implement marketing strategies including promotions and ads.
  • Collaborate with PPC Manager to set and review performance goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitive products.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in brand management in e-commerce.
  • 1–2 years of client-facing experience.
  • Preferred experience in Beauty, Supplements, and Specialty Food categories.
  • Experience with digital assets and e-commerce metrics.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
