• Work with Retention Managers to execute data-driven email and SMS strategies.
• Write, proof, and schedule email and SMS campaigns.
• Manage revision and approval processes for client communications.
• Develop creative campaign concepts for retention marketing calendars.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure campaign designs align with vision.
• Produce copy for campaign concepts and gain client approvals.
• Come up with new retention marketing ideas.
• Execute automation/flow logic and app integrations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.
• Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers.
• Strong writing skills and a passion for marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about learning and staying updated on marketing trends.
