The Director of Creator, TikTok Shop will lead the vision, growth, and operations of the in-house creator network at Darkroom, focusing on managing a team and driving creator strategy for client campaigns.

In Short

  • Build and scale Darkroom’s proprietary TikTok creator network.
  • Lead and mentor Creator Leads and Creator Managers.
  • Launch structured creator tiers and incentives.
  • Oversee the development of Darkroom’s creator CRM and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure creator output meets standards.
  • Execute creator-facing events and activations.
  • Report on creator campaign success and trends.
  • Partner with various departments to align creator work with client objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in creator management, influencer strategy, or affiliate operations.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and creator performance levers.
  • Experience managing creator teams and delivering against KPIs.
  • Event organization and execution experience.
  • Proficient with influencer/affiliate tracking platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a performance mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
