Software Engineer II, Practice Engagement - Remote

In Short

• Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and products.
• Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
• Proactively identify and prioritize improvements to the team’s processes, codebases, and best practices.
• Work primarily with Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL.
• 8+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
• Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks (such as TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack).
• Self-directed and can operate autonomously to deliver scaled impact.
• Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Experience with iOS and Android mobile app development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
• Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks (such as TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack).
• Self-directed and can operate autonomously to deliver scaled impact.
• Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
