In Short

• Lead the development of production planning, scheduling, orchestration, and execution systems.
• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of mission-critical systems.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and sales & operations planning teams.
• Define the vision and strategy for MES and production systems.
• Champion operational users and ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.
• Leverage data insights for decision-making and measuring success.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with teams and stakeholders.
• Shape the future of supply chain strategy.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of product management experience in manufacturing or supply chain technology.
• Experience with MES, MRP, ERP, and WFM systems.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and operational teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments.
• High bias for action and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy for operational users.
• Technical fluency with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong project management skills for complex initiatives.
