• Dandy is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of AI and CAD based digital shade and color design systems.

• Define and execute the product vision for shade design systems.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable tools for shade design.

• Manage the full product lifecycle in an agile environment.
• Use data to measure impact and refine product direction.
• Interface with third-party vendors for technology integration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience building 3D and/or CAD design systems.
• Strong bias-to-action and ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Technical competence to discuss APIs with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically and develop product roadmaps.
