• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning.
• Collaborate with department heads for cross-functional consistency.
• Analyze financial results and prepare management reports.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Support long-term inventory tracking and forecasting.
• Partner with fulfillment team on inventory decisions.
• Streamline inventory reporting and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in financial systems like NetSuite and Anaplan.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
