• Coordinate with internal teams for successful training sessions.
• Assess practice readiness and validate training requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to align training schedules and content.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Deliver follow-up and advanced training to users.
• Customize training materials for enterprise-level clients.
• Manage onboarding success through data-driven insights.
• Conduct evaluations of scan quality and success metrics.
• Provide analyses and recommendations to clients and teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a clinical training role in digital dentistry.
• 3+ years experience in operational logistics and project management.
• Ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Customer-first mentality with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to adjust to shifting customer needs and implement solutions.
• Collaborative work style with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable using training technologies and learning management systems.
