Dandy is hiring a Director of Product, Foundational ML Models. This role will work at the intersection of CAD, ML, and human expertise to build the world’s most advanced ML-driven CAD prosthetic design experience. You’ll join the only company building 3D generative AI for dental prosthetics — powered by the world’s largest labeled prosthetic dataset, and a top-tier ML group pushing the frontier where no one else is even trying.

In Short

• Define and execute the product vision for our ML-driven CAD prosthetic design system.
• Partner with CAD, ML, and engineering teams to deliver high-performance tools.
• Understand user workflows and translate them into product requirements.
• Conduct customer discovery and market research.

• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Use data to measure impact and refine product direction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• 3+ years in leadership roles driving complex product strategies.
• Technical competence in discussing APIs and ML.
• High bias-to-action and ability to drive alignment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically and develop product roadmaps.
