In Short

• Responsible for articulating financial exposure insights to executive leadership.
• Address escalations related to accounting, Order to Cash, and Procurement to Pay processes.
• Optimize working capital to ensure operational efficiency.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance visibility for execution teams.
• Identify process enhancements and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Manage escalations of ATR/OTC/PTP performance.
• Support execution teams to enhance business visibility.
• Drive working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with company frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Technical knowledge of non-modernized platform systems (e.g., Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP).
• Familiarity with OTC, PTP, ATR processes.
• Strong understanding of USGAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Senior stakeholder management skills.
