Overview

The Event Coordinator will lead a team to deliver high-profile events in a corporate environment, ensuring exceptional service and collaboration.

In Short

• Oversee the full life cycle of events from inception to execution.
• Manage a calendar of up to 65 events per week.
• Lead a team in designing engaging events.
• Collaborate with internal and external service providers.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Ensure financial targets and budgets are met.
• Provide excellent onboarding and team building.
• Participate in performance management and development planning.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in events or related fields.
• Proficiency in information technology tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage stress effectively.
