In Short

• Identify and source qualified Financial Advisor candidates.
• Foster relationships with potential candidates through networking and social media.
• Work closely with Regional Directors and Branch Managers.
• Manage Advisor recruiting pipeline and maintain candidate data.
• Evaluate recruits’ contracts and ensure compliance with hiring standards.
• Develop affiliations with Financial Advisor professional organizations.
• Meet outbound recruiting contact goals, including cold calls.
• Maintain industry competitive intelligence and benchmarking.
• Proactively research new sourcing methodologies.
• Support a friendly and open company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Successful track record in recruiting within the Financial Services Industry.
• Thorough knowledge of wealth management products and operations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates.
• Outstanding relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing technology including LinkedIn.
• Solid technology skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
