In Short

• Directly support and administer D.A. Davidson computer systems.
• Focus on automating suitable processes/tasks.
• Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Respond to outages and incidents appropriately.
• Support enterprise applications, operating systems, and hardware.
• Assist with project management related to areas of expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in field of specialty or equivalent experience.
• 1 year experience in managing complex computer systems.
• Proficient in scripting, backup management, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Windows OS, Azure/O365, and VMWare.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
