Network and Computer Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Network and Computer Systems Administrator will support TSA's IT systems and mission-critical systems through operations support, technology innovation, management services, system maintenance, and the development and implementation of new software solutions.

In Short

• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain Unix/Linux servers.
• Monitor and document system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Implement, manage, and coordinate backup and recovery processes.
• Apply security patches and implement firewall measures.
• Manage user accounts and group policies.
• Configure network interfaces and routings.
• Develop and maintain scripts for system monitoring.
• Provide technical support for users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
• Willingness to meet recall requirements and participate in on-call schedule.
• At least 7 years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration.
