Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to run full-funnel campaigns that drive pipeline.
• Expertise in LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, X, YouTube, and Reddit Ads.
• Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in campaign measurement.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI.
