• Supports software applications and systems by investigating, designing, documenting, and implementing new hardware and software.
• Works with customers and end users to understand requirements and coordinate resources.
• Analyzes user requirements and evaluates work processes.

• Provides technical direction and coordinates activities of other personnel.
• Utilizes formal Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least twelve years of related experience.
• Expert knowledge of modern software development methodologies.
• Expert experience with programming languages and database design.
• Expert knowledge of automation and DevSecOps strategies.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ability to translate technical terms for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-user computer systems preferred.
• Active DOE-Q clearance required.
