Lead/Senior FP&A Analyst - Remote

The Lead/Senior FP&A Analyst will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics, playing a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

In Short

• Lead month-end close, forecasting, and board reporting cycles.
• Develop financial models for shareholders and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Provide data-driven financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Own monthly board reporting content and communicate financial performance.
• Develop budget vs. actual packs for departmental reviews.
• Partner with business operations to automate key reports.
• Present financial results and insights to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Lead the implementation of Vena Solutions for planning and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience within a PE backed SaaS organization preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and SaaS financial metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Vena Solutions, NetSuite) preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
