The Executive Director of IFP Product Management & Development will lead the team responsible for building IFP product portfolios market by market, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and affordability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of payor or consulting experience.
• Experience in Individual Exchange/Marketplace.
• Strong people management skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
