Overview

Experienced customer relationship manager, join our SaaS sales team! We are rapidly growing and looking for a results-oriented account executive to develop the French market. Reporting directly to our General Manager, you will be at the forefront of our SaaS go-to-market strategy in France. You will close strategic deals with leading companies.

In Short

  • Convert business opportunities into new clients, build strong client relationships, and identify new opportunities.
  • Master the sales process from prospecting to proposals, negotiations, and closing deals, clearly communicating our value proposition.
  • Foster long-term success by overcoming customs challenges, staying ahead of market trends, providing strategic insights, and collaborating with internal teams to refine our offerings.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding by coordinating contract transfer to the project implementation team and following up on client satisfaction while continuously sharing client insights for software improvement.
  • Focus on meaningful partnerships with medium to large transactions.
  • Play a central role in establishing the company as a category leader.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business engineering or applied economics, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales; knowledge of customs or logistics is a plus.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a talent for networking and relationship building in customs, logistics, and finance.
  • Proven experience in exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
  • Adept at identifying decision-makers, mapping stakeholders, and finding creative business solutions.
  • Have a taste for challenge and succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluency in French and English; Dutch, German, or other languages are a plus.
