Remote Site Coordinator

Overview

The Remote Site Coordinator is responsible for delivering client-facing services as part of C&W’s Remote Site Management service. This role involves providing operational support and facilities coordination for client sites across the Americas Region.

In Short

• Organize and provide vendors to clients and third parties.
• Liaise and communicate with client teams and stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of assigned site operations and maintain records.
• Respond to service requests for assigned sites.
• Act as the single point of contact between the client and Remote Site Management.
• Require a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service.
• Experience in facility management is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills are necessary.
• Must be internet savvy and possess advanced IT skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service or helpdesk roles.
• Facility management experience is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in MS Office required.
• Strong IT skills for remote communication.
• Fluent English communication skills.
