Junior Remote Site Coordinator

Overview

The Junior Remote Site Coordinator provides fast and effective remote facilities management support, responding to and coordinating facility-related requests while maintaining the work order system.

In Short

• Support the remote facilities lead in running a 24/7 helpdesk operation.
• Manage incoming calls and requests via the service desk.
• Open, track, and close work orders from the Famis360 platform.
• Prepare monthly reports on work order status.
• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure quality helpdesk duties.
• Identify and escalate urgent situations requiring attention.
• Comply with client confidentiality and conduct guidelines.
• Attend training and follow-up meetings as required.
• Support additional activities related to Facilities Management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1 year of facility management or remote site operational experience preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Fluent in English communication (oral and written).
• Amenable to working shifts and holidays as needed.
