Overview

As a Senior Surveyor, you’ll be an integral part of our National Development and Strategic Advisory team, collaborating with public and private sector clients on various projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in development advisory work.
• In-depth technical skills in development appraisals.
• Good knowledge of property market sectors and public sector development considerations.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities.
• MRICS qualification is essential.
