Join us as a Senior Surveyor to lead a team of professionally qualified surveyors responsible for delivering a diverse range of maintenance and repairs projects and works across our managed estate overseeing the day-to-day performance and financial management of the team. You will work closely with senior and operational teams across the business to optimise our property portfolio and drive profitability. In Short

Be responsible and accountable for the regional repairs, maintenance and investment capital budgets ensuring delivery to time, budget and agreed objectives
Develop, implement and oversee works programmes that deliver best asset return through enhancing, refining and improving presentation and operating effectiveness
Develop your team to deliver best value through strong negotiations with suppliers and contractors
Deputise for the Head of Surveying during periods of absence, in particular attending meetings on their behalf with Exec members and key stakeholders requiring ability to challenge decisions and influence strategy

Requirements

Previous experience multi-site pub/leisure developments
Excellent planning and implementation skills
Experience of maintaining the property's asset value to enhance, refine and improve its presentation and operating effectiveness
Extensive property management experience, a proven executive team influence, and will demonstrate outstanding commitment and innovation in this role
Persuasiveness – Ability to make a persuasive, clear presentation of ideas or facts
