Senior Financial Analyst - Capital Markets - Remote

Overview

The Capital Markets Senior Financial Analyst (CMFA) will support transactions generated by Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales brokerage services specializing in Industrial Advisory portfolio valuation analyses.

In Short

• Lead complex financial analysis/modeling requests.
• Analyze property rent rolls and operating statements.
• Prepare pro forma statements and discounted cash flow analyses.
• Conduct audits of existing financial models.
• Review and summarize tenant leases.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings.
• Assist in due diligence collection for sales transactions.
• Communicate analysis findings clearly.
• Support training and development of other analysts.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of commercial real estate financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise required.
• Strong knowledge of real estate financial concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Proactive attitude with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
