Financial Analyst, Capital Markets (Multifamily) - Remote

Overview

The Capital Markets Financial Analyst (CMFA) will support transactions in multifamily investments, performing financial analysis, Excel valuation model creation, and market data collection.

• Support financial analysis and valuation modeling for multifamily investments.
• Prepare pro forma statements and discounted cash flow analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate preferred.
• 0-2 years of financial analysis and Excel modeling experience.
• Must obtain a state real estate salesperson license within six months.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Client-service oriented mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce and market research data is a plus.
