Senior Financial Analyst - Go-To-Market - Remote

Overview

Lyra Health is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role will support the Go-To-Market organization through strong finance partnerships and reporting.

In Short

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Go-To-Market organization.
• Support the financial planning cycle including annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Provide management reporting and variance analysis.
• Analyze the cost structure for efficient spending.
• Drive improvements to reporting and analytics for Marketing & Sales spend.
• Analyze customer acquisition costs and ROI.
• Conduct commissions and sales compensation analysis.
• Support corporate initiatives and pricing analysis.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or finance business partner roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with tools like Pigment, Netsuite, Salesforce preferred.
