Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certified General Appraiser license and MAI designation.
• 7+ years of experience in appraising commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
