The Property Executive assists the Building Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations while facilitating smooth site operations.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Maintenance, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
• Knowledge of building works and facilities management.
• Strong communication skills.
