Senior Property Executive - Remote

Overview

The Senior Property Executive supports the facilities organization by managing day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a well-maintained building and responding to tenant needs.

In Short

• Supervise daily operations including maintenance and janitorial services.
• Respond to maintenance requests from building occupants.
• Compile and maintain site-specific documentation and reports.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports related to facility management.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements for tenants and vendors.
• Inspect facilities and report findings to the Facility Manager.
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Collect and analyze data to assess facility management objectives.
• Assist in developing capital budgets for facility improvements.
• Maintain strong communication and teamwork with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in facilities management or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management.
• Experience in maintenance, construction, and property operations.
• Familiarity with CMMS/Work Order Management systems.
• Ability to read construction specifications and blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting.
• Certifications such as CFM or from IFMA/BOMA recommended.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and travel as needed.
