Overview

The Property Administration Officer will be a vital part of the Finance team, responsible for delivering accounting and financial services to internal and external stakeholders while developing their property accounting career.

In Short

  • Generate and review monthly expenditure and revenue rent rolls.
  • Prepare batches for urgent rent payments.
  • Process rent-related refunds.
  • Respond to internal queries within 24 hours.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control structures.
  • Drive efficiency and productivity through process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business support teams.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Utilize strong IT skills and high proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Support a flexible and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in a finance role.
  • Previous experience with Accounts Payable or Receivable.
  • Business partnering experience is beneficial.
  • Tertiary Finance qualification is desired but not essential.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Exposure to JDE preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand systems and data issues.
  • Capability to improve business processes.
