Senior BI Analyst - Remote

Overview

The C&W Services Data and Analytics team is responsible for building and leading the BI and data governance workstreams to enable and empower our partners across the C&W Services business to use high impact Data & Analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive business insights & improve business outcomes.

In Short

• Work across account service lines to identify client reporting requirements.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and efficacy.
• Define business requirements for custom reporting and enhancements.
• Design and develop dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Conduct data assessment and mapping for system integration projects.
• Execute user acceptance testing for new features and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot bugs and issues in the Triana platform.
• Provide guidance and training on dashboarding platforms.
• Monitor KPI performance and report results to leadership.
• Resolve ad-hoc reporting requests as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate or Technology preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with API, Alteryx, PowerApps, Python or SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies.
• Ability to document business processes effectively.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Curiosity and drive to solve problems.
