Overview

The Project Leader is a leadership role responsible for overseeing high rise residential projects, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering; MBA/RICS/NICMAR is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project execution processes.
• Experience in budget management and tender processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
