Project Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and strong technical skills.

In Short

• Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, project managers, and clients to develop design solutions.
• Develop documents, drawings, and diagrams to meet all requirements.
• Formulate preliminary space plans that integrate client needs.
• Develop design drawings using Revit.
• Ensure designs are safe, functional, and meet code requirements.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure functional design outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Track project progress and identify potential issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Attend project meetings and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA accredited institution.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT.
• Ability to read and review construction documents.
• Understanding of building codes and ADA standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
