Overview

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of research content and internal communications for the Tri-State, collaborating with various teams to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue.

• Collaborate with Regional Research to develop engaging content.
• Support internal communications with various marketing materials.
• Manage proactive marketing initiatives and creative strategy.
• Draft and edit research reports, communications, and presentations.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all communications.
• Execute email campaigns and manage social media posts.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain exceptional organizational and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign is required.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate marketing is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing & Communications.
• 1-2 years of marketing or professional writing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
