Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) is responsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings and maintenance equipment for assigned properties.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work extended hours and respond to emergencies.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Competent knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance.
• Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency.
• Flexibility in work hours and duties.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
