Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities and assets, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance.

In Short

• Maintain lighting systems and perform minor electrical repairs.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing motors and pumps.
• Conduct general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R systems.
• Participate in on-call duties as needed.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Document work performance and materials procurement.
• Support various equipment maintenance, including scanners and printers.
• Train and support less experienced maintenance staff.
• Maintain compliance with local ordinances and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift at least 80 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Completion of a technical training program is preferred.
• EPA Certification and knowledge of automation systems are desirable.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
