Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician at JLL is responsible for promoting a safe working environment, completing preventative maintenance routines, and troubleshooting various operational equipment.

In Short

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot simple AC/DC circuits and material handling equipment.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Experience with power tools and basic fabrication.
• Basic understanding of CMMS is preferred.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical components.
• Experience with compressors and pneumatics.
• Ability to use power tools safely.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic metal and wood fabrication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
