Overview

In this position, you will drive a continuous improvement culture that will maximize capabilities and efficiencies in our distribution centers.

In Short

• Drive a continuous improvement culture in distribution centers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain material handling equipment (MHE).
• Identify and troubleshoot solutions impacting facility product flow.
• Conduct routine repairs with various shop equipment.
• Perform maintenance tasks on 3 phase electrical systems under 600 volts.
• Execute critical preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Build positive relationships internally and externally.
• Plan and prioritize tasks independently and in teams.
• Exercise strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
• Maintain excellent time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of MHE and automation.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong judgement and persuasive skills.
• Experience in a distribution center environment.
• Capability to learn and apply work area processes.
