Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, ensuring quality service and satisfaction.

In Short

• Prepares market-ready apartments including repairs and cleaning.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of various maintenance functions such as plumbing and HVAC.
• Maintains grounds and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance activities.
• Reports maintenance issues affecting the budget to management.
• Attends training programs as required.
• Provides superior customer service and represents the company professionally.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience in maintenance.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• EPA 608 certification or CPO certification required.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between properties as needed.
