Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, ensuring quality service and satisfaction.

In Short

• Prepares market-ready apartments including repairs and cleaning.
• Completes resident service requests promptly.
• Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Maintains common areas and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as needed.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance.
• Reports maintenance issues affecting budget and safety.
• Attends required training programs.
• Provides superior customer service.
• Must work flexible shifts including weekends.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II or CPO certification.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Knowledge of housing laws and maintenance codes.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong mathematical skills for maintenance tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
