Overview

The Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on commitments to residents, ensuring quality service and satisfaction.

• Prepares market-ready apartments including repairs and cleaning.
• Responds to resident service requests promptly.
• Knowledgeable in various maintenance functions such as plumbing and electrical work.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 certification minimum Type II required.
• CPO or local city certification as required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math and prepare reports.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to attend training programs.
• Ability to travel between properties.
