As a Leasing Consultant, you will play an important role with the onsite management team, generating interest in the community and assisting prospects in qualifying for an apartment home while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Professional demeanor and team player attitude.
• Attention to detail in office activities.
• Ability to travel outside between properties.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and operate office machinery.
