Executive, Tenant Advisory - Remote

Overview

This role supports the Tenant Advisory Group team in delivering Client’s projects and maintaining research data for both client and internal reference.

In Short

• Assist in project executions and manage transactions.
• Prepare project reports and strategic reviews.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and review legal documents.
• Identify new business opportunities and track market activities.
• Develop relationships with occupiers for future appointments.
• Liaise with client representatives and support project administration.
• Deliver high-quality tenant representation services.
• Work closely with team members across various service lines.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
• Maintain a strong individual contributor and team player attitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business, Finance, Real estate, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong data analytical skills and understanding of the property market.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian real estate market.
• Ability to synthesize market information into investment recommendations.
• Effective multitasking and project management skills.
• Strong listening, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
