Overview

The Cost Control Analyst is responsible for validating and controlling invoices related to operational costs, ensuring maximum savings for clients while preventing additional costs.

Requirements

• BSC/MSC degree or relevant experience in real estate operations.
• Finance/economics degree is an advantage.
• Intermediate English language skills; other European languages are a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong work ethic and flexibility.
