AP/AR Junior Analyst - Remote

Overview

The AP/AR Junior Analyst is responsible for processing invoices and managing payments related to head leases and subleases, ensuring timely cash collection and adherence to quality procedures.

In Short

• Process all invoices and settle payments for operational costs.
• Collect cash from tenants related to subleases.
• Minimize invoice volumes awaiting approval.
• Manage inter account bank transfers and manual payments.
• Support cash collection and bank reconciliations.
• Establish effective working relationships with internal clients.
• Provide support to team members and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Handle query management and escalation of issues.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable & Payable ledgers.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Strong IT literacy and basic MS Office skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong work ethic and flexibility during change.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Intermediate English language skills required.
• Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
