In Short

• Join a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, designers, planners, and business professionals.
• Work across 17 office locations and remotely throughout the United States.
• Be responsible for basic design criteria under supervision.
• Prepare clear, concise, readable drawings and BIM models.
• Conduct materials research and specification preparation.
• Assist with cost-estimating take-offs and data input.
• Provide on-site construction observation on simple projects.
• Attend weekly classes and training videos.
• Work with project teams across the nation.
• Engage with a variety of local and national clients.

Requirements

• Completion of 3+ years of an A&E related undergraduate program.
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• A passion for client-focused design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
