• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of software engineers.
• Oversee Dynamics 365 development, including customization, configuration, and deployment.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Build and implement custom solutions using the Power Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Uphold engineering best practices and maintain high standards for code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 and CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
